  2. The voucher is stored in “My Wallet” in Soundwill Club App upon purchase on Soundwill Club App / Online Shop.
  3. Members follow the instructions to redeem the e-voucher in the Soundwill Club mobile app, and must be redeemed in person. The e-voucher must be presented before payment, and cannot be applied retroactively.   
  4. E-voucher(s) are valid up to 180 days from the issue date. Unused or expired voucher will be forfeited and no refund or extension of validity period is possible.
