將你的邀請連結分享給朋友。新會員使用您的邀請連結成功註冊帳戶，當「被推薦人」完成首筆消費（最低金額HK$50）及儲分後，雙方（推薦人及被推薦人）均可獲贈10積分。

溫馨提示：

每位「推薦人」最多可獲10次推薦成功回饋積分。如推薦成功人數超過上限，「推薦人」不會再獲贈積分，而「被推薦人」消費及成功儲分後仍可獲贈 10 分。

條款及細則

1. 你的推薦朋友連結可於已登入的Soundwill Club 應用程式中找到，並透過電郵丶短訊丶Whatsapp或其他短訊平台邀請朋友安裝並登記使用Soundwill Club應用程式。

2. 你所推薦的朋友必須使用由你傳送的連結下載應用程式並建立帳戶，登記會員時申請人所提供的資料均屬真實、正確及完整。未能提供有關資料的申請將會被拒絕。

3. 當你的朋友經推薦碼成功登記成為會員，並作電子消費滿HK$50或以上及儲分時，雙方（推薦人及被推薦人）可免費獲贈10分。

4. 每位會員每年最多可推薦10位朋友。

5. 若我們合理認為有以下情況出 現，我們可能會限制、暫停或終止您的Soundwill Club帳戶和/或限制、暫停或終止您使用平台。

6. 我們懷疑或發現您參與了違反本條款、我們的政策和指引的任何活動或行為，或者參與了我們全 權酌情視為濫用平台的活動或行為。

7. 本公司保留對優惠（包括但不限於隨時更改、延長、終止及/或取消此推薦計劃、推薦獎賞、推廣期）及任何爭議之最終決定權，並可更改此優惠之條款及細則而不作另行通知。

After a new member registers an account with electronic consumption (minimum amount of HK$50) and register points, both parties (the referrer and the referee) can receive extra 10 points.

Friendly Reminder:

• Each "referrer" can receive up to 10 referral reward points. If the successful referral count exceeds the quota, the “referrer “will not receive any points while the “referee“ still receives 10 points after spending and registering points successfully.

Terms & Condition

1. You can invite your friends by sending them your unique referral link provided by this feature in the Soundwill Club app via email, SMS, Whatsapp or other messaging platforms.
2. Your friends must use the link you send to install the app and register as a member. You warrant and represent that all the information you provided to us upon registration as a Soundwill Club Member is true, accurate and complete. Fail to provide so may cause disapproval in application and/or termination of membership without further notice.
3. When your friend has successfully registered a member via the referral code and purchase by electronic payment and register points successfully, both (the referrer and the referee) will receive 10 points for free.
4. Each member can refer up to 10 friends per year.
5. Soundwill Group reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your Soundwill Club account and/or restrict, suspend or terminate your use of Soundwill Club App at anytime when the following situations occur: We suspect or find that you have directly or indirectly participated in any activity or behavior that violates these terms, our policies and guidelines, or participated in activities or behavior that we consider as abusing the platform at our sole discretion.
6. Soundwill Group reserves the right to make the final decision on the offer (including but not limited to changing, extending, terminating and/or canceling the referral program, referral rewards, promotion period) and any disputes at any time, and may change the terms and conditions of this promotion without further notice.
